Summary:
The Asta Powerproject -Design & ConstructionTraining will emphasize the importance of the fundamentals of scheduling and understanding the departments scheduling software, including Asta Powerproject, the Asta Web Portal, and Asta Project Comparison Tool.

Learning Outcomes:
The Asta Powerproject -Design & Construction Training will address the following to ensure participants will have working knowledge of the following upon completion of this course:
• Fundamentals of scheduling
• Predecessors
• Successors
• Lags/leads
• Baselines
• Logging into Asta Portal
• How to download Asta schedules into Portal Check in/ Check out schedules
• Progress schedules in Portal and Powerproject
• How to create views within Asta Powerproject
• How to create filters within Asta Powerproject
• How to sort activities within Asta Powerproject
• Knowledge of Asta Powerproject files
• Creating a schedule, via Portal or PowerProject
• How to create a baseline
• How to reschedule branch
• How to do input resource loaded schedules as well as interpret them
