General Information

Summary:
Please note: Business partners can Take NO more than 2 seats per company.
This 2 day course is intended for both PennDOT and Consultant Construction Inspectors and PennDOT CETs who have prior experience using the PennDOT Construction apps. This course will cover the use of the following ECMS Construction functions: ECMS Field Documentation, ECMS Force Account Documentation, Authorizations, Work Orders, Adjustments, Estimates and Contractor Evaluations. It will also offer tips for daily use of ECMS in your construction projects. There will be time for questions and answers.

Learning Outcomes:
Upon successful completion of this course, participants shall be able to:
• Maintain Construction Project Information
• Add/modify Plan Station Quantity
• Review Project Site Activity Reports
• Review Authorization for Contract Work
• Submit Work Orders for Review
• Document Daily Force Account activities
• Review Source of Supply
• Submit Payment Adjustments and Estimates
