Description:	This course provides information and instruction on mobile operations and how to safely implement Pennsylvania Typical Application (PATA) 302 from Publication 213. Specific areas of emphasis in this training include flagger relocation techniques, temporary stoppage strategies, pilot vehicle usage, and instructions on how to use the PATA 302 workbook. This training can be accessed as often as necessary to reinforce the safe movements of flaggers in mobile operations.
