General Information

Summary:
This is a 1 ½ day Instructor Lead course for the SAP-Plant Maintenance Weekly Planning and Dispatching Tool.

Learning Outcomes:
Upon completion of this course the participants will be able to train effectively the County/District users - Highway Work Order Planner and Sign Inventory Work Order Planner in the proper use and execution of:
a. Dispatch PM Notifications to create a weekly plan by Work Center
b. Plan and allocate resources: labor, equipment and materials on the e-6146 Weekly Plan
c. Generate an electronic adobe payroll for the Foreman

Target Audience:
District PM Coordinators
Prerequisites: SAP PM Overview, SAP Navigation, Signs Overview, Account Code Navigation
Highway Work Order Planner or Sign Inventory Work Order Planner
