Summary: | Building upon prior professional knowledge, this course provides participants with information regarding the analysis of abstracts to determine who must execute a conveyance. Participants will become familiar with terminology such as title estates, covenants, liens, encumbrances, and contracts; and will also understand the preparation of chains of title from public records.

Target Audience: | This course is recommended for right of way professionals and experienced land titles by profession individuals who are in the process of or working on title reports or abstracts of title. This course is not intended for individuals with extensive title company experience.
