Description:	INTENDED FOR PENNDOT EMPLOYEES ONLY. A deposition is an informal court proceeding. It is a session in the presence of a court reporter that makes a typed record of everything that counsel asks. This video will introduce the employee to the process of being deposed. The employee will observe different types of questioning and have an idea on how to respond. Length of video is 17 minutes.
