Description:	This web-based training provides PennDOT's construction and design personnel with information needed to plan for and comply with Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection's (PADEP's) Management of Fill Policy. This policy defines clean and regulated fill, establishes procedures to determine fill category and acceptable uses under General Permit for Processing/Beneficial Use of Regulated Fill (WMGR 096SE003), and reporting and record retention requirements. This course will briefly summarize the definitions and policy applications; discuss how to comply with the Environmental Due Diligence (EDD) requirements to determine fill use; and go through the required section of PADEP's August 2010 Certification of Clean Fill form and Form 20 RF- Application for Regulated Fill General Permit. This course follows the procedures in PADEP's revised technical guidance. Discussion on how this Policy affects PennDOT's activities will be included.
