Summary:
This Program assists in the development of trained, professional equipment management employees. It offers a forum for consistent training and the transfer of valuable information regarding policies and procedures from senior PennDOT management staff.

Learning Outcomes:
Upon completion of this course, the participants will be able to:
• Relay innovative equipment ideas into their daily jobs and their co-workers
• Network throughout PennDOT
• Apply new equipment management techniques

Target Audience:
District Equipment Managers, County Equipment Managers, and One (1) additional District or County Equipment staff per district
