Participants are expected to calculate and answer the practice questions presented throughout the training class. This will account for 50% of the final grade.
The other 50% will be a test at the end of the class.

Learning Outcomes:
• Solve mathematical problems related to construction inspection activities such as:
o Grading and excavation;
o Slope and grade calculation;
o Basic geometry including area and volume calculations used to determine field quantities.
o Basic math calculation rules regarding units
o Numerical rounding rules and Differential leveling
o HMA paving inspection including yield and tonnage calculations
o Structure inspection such as cement volume and water cement ratios.

Final Exam:
No
