General Information

Summary:
This training will be a half-day (approximately 4 hours) training class
for Construction Contractors. Using the newly created ECMS-based
Bidding Process Chapter in Pub 637, the instructor will provide a
demonstration of the ECMS-based bidding process from Construction
Contractor’s response to an advertisement, to final submission of a
construction project bid. The instructor will use a ECMS Project
provided by PennDOT to lead participants through the steps outlined in
the chapter. Participants will receive a copy of the new chapter. The
presentation is intended for a large group of people.
