Summary: | This webinar, Facility Regulatory Compliance, presents key compliance issues that were identified during SEMP audits conducted in Districts 3, 8 & 9. A summary of the audit findings along with possible root causes and solutions will be discussed. The common themes of non-compliance that will be discussed are: • Waste compliance – including identification of the proper waste type, paperwork/recordkeeping and other • Storage Tanks – including, again, paperwork, permit compliance and reporting • Stormwater – this is a growing area of non-compliance including erosion and sedimentation, vehicle washes and control of stormwater • And Oil Pollution Prevention – compliance with required regulatory plans Project examples will be provided where applicable and financial implications of not complying with federal regulations will be discussed.
