Description:	One of PennDOT's core values is safety: "We promote the delivery of a safe work environment and a safe transportation system in our products and services." In 2012, to symbolize the Department's commitment to this value, from senior managers to employees, a Safety Partnership Agreement was signed. This agreement symbolizes each employee's commitment, accountability and dedication to a safe work environment, for themselves and their co-workers, resulting in zero accidents.
