Description:	INTENDED FOR PENNDOT EMPLOYEES ONLY. This video discusses how you can help to reduce tort claims and liability. Objectives of the video are to educate you on how to identify and report deficiencies that are classifed as high-risk exposure conditions, to inform you of specific kinds of conditions emphasized in the program, and to know how and where to report any serious deficiencies you have identified. Length of video is approximately 32 minutes.
