This course describes how the latest requirements of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice impact the profession.

Learning Outcomes:
An attendee who successfully completes this course will be able to:
-demonstrate familiarity with the Ethics Rule;
-define terms set forth in the Uniform Standards;
-understand the requirements for maintaining Real Estate Appraiser certification; and
