General Information

Summary:
The Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) Impact form has been revised to make it easier to use. The revisions include:
•Shortening the form by combining steps 1 and 2 of the original
document.
•Deleting the Project Impact Report page with the project
information and added the project information to steps 1 and 2.
•Changing the excavation limit to more than 2 feet.
•Removing some of the complexity factors in step 2.

Learning Outcomes:
Upon successful completion of this course, the attendee will be able to:
•Identify the purpose of the form.
•Identify when the form should be completed.
•Recognize who should be completing the form.
•Complete the revised form.
