Summary: | This training begins with an overview of recycling material specifications for PennDOT roadway applications. It will also detail three separate recycled material specifications for Reclaimed Portland Cement Concrete (RPCC), Tire Derived Aggregate (TDA), and Crumb Rubber Modifier (CRM) as stabilizer. These specification overviews will focus on general information, pros/cons, limitations, research, test methodologies, material availability, source identification, and relative costs versus conventional materials.
