General Information

Summary:	The ECMS LP training program will instruct participants in the usage of ECMS LP to automate the creation, development and execution of Consultant Agreements to assist participants in transitioning from paper based agreements to electronic agreements.
Learning Outcomes:	After attending training, students will be able to perform the tasks noted below: •Navigate within the ECMS LP application •Perform agreement setup •Create a municipal budget on an agreement •Publish advertisements •Review statements of interest •Review shortlist processing •Publish scope of work •Publish estimates •Submit final ranking •Review technical proposals •Review price proposals •Submit, review and execute legal documents and Issue Notice to Proceed •Process agreement supplements •Perform Invoice Processing •Review funding consumption screen

Teaching Method:	Instructor led training.
Prerequisites:	Prior to attending training, participants should have the following pre-requisites: • Basic understanding of the consultant agreement selection process. • Basic computer proficiency in the use of a mouse, a keyboard and Internet Explorer Participants should also read PennDOT Pub 93, Chapter 7 and PennDOT Pub 740, chapter 3.
Target Audience:	Pennsylvania Municipalities and PennDOT District personnel who use ECMS Local Projects for the consultant selection process.
