Description:	This training course was design for highway construction contractors to enhance their knowledge of PennDOT's On-the-Job Training (OJT) Program. It offers a brief preview of the the Federal Civil Rights regulations as they relate to OJT; including the Training Special Provisions (TSP). It aslo offers a glimpse into how our OJT Supportive Services can be utilized to provide Contractors and Trainees with a much smoother work experience. Additionally, the training will touch on PennDOT's new On-the-Job Training System (OMS) so contractors may understand a different but easier way of OJT data input is coming.
