Summary:
The ECMS Local Project – Invoice Processing Webinar will last a maximum of 2 hours to be presented to Pennsylvania Municipalities and PennDOT District personnel who use ECMS Local Projects for the consultant selection process and have already attended the two-day ECMS-Local Project training. This webinar will provide a bridge to information regarding the invoice processing.
The ECMS LP Invoice Processing webinar will demonstrate functionality related to ECMS LP Invoice Processing to create municipal only agreements, create a municipal budget for agreements, review electronic Consultant invoices, create and submit electronic Municipal invoices, and review funding consumption information available to PennDOT users

Learning Outcomes:
Upon completion of the course, participants will be able to:
• Set up municipal only engineering agreement
• Create a municipal budget on an agreement
• Perform electronic invoicing process in ECMS for Local Projects
• Review funding consumption screen (PennDOT users only)
