General Information

Summary:
This is a 7-hour course intended for appraisers which consists of 5-7 mini cases studies and/or discussion topics related to land valuation. The topics will focus on the theme of land in transition. Each case provides perplexing, but not necessarily complex problems in land valuation.

Learning Outcomes:
Upon successful completion of this course, participants shall be able to:
 --Value land in transition more readily
 --Understand all the issues related to valuing land in transition.
