General Information

Summary:
This course includes a discussion on the law and legal precedent supporting the development of the Department’s storm water policy. Also included is a description of recent policy changes and a discussion of how to apply them to sample circumstances.

Learning Outcomes:
At the end of this course, participants will be able to:
• Identify storm water management situations as they are described by the law and legal precedent, and
• Apply the Department’s storm water policy consistently

Teaching Method:
Classroom based

Target Audience:
PennDOT’s District Permit Managers, District Municipal Services staff, County Maintenance Managers, and Assistant County Maintenance Managers.
