Description:
Description: To provide clarity and understanding of the Department's Commercially Useful Function (CUF) process. The course will focus on the roles and responsibilities of field personnel that will assist Central Office in complying with CUF Federal mandate. The course will cover monitoring and reporting requirements of CUF.

Learning Objectives:
•Familiarization with Federal Requirements
•Identify Roles and Responsibilities of Field Personnel and Central Office
•Understanding of Processes and Procedures to Ensure Consistency

Outline:
•Explain the purpose of a Commercially Useful Function (CUF) Review.
•List the CUF requirements and monitoring procedures.
•Describe potential CUF concerns including red flags.
•Complete a CUF form.
