General Information

Summary:
This training is intended for an audience that submits Source of Supply within ECMS. The class teaches the various methodologies of completing and submitting Sources of Supply (SOS) for approval using the new ECMS functionality. Additional instruction concerning the maintenance aspects of the new system will be discussed, as well as upcoming changes related to SOS in ECMS.

Learning Outcomes:
• Enter Source of Supply for Bulletin and Non-Bulletin Materials
• Understand the difference between manual and standard submissions
• Understand the process for setting up 8000 Lump Sum Component Items.
• Add Notice of Inspection to a Material
• Add Bituminous and Concrete JMF's to a Producer.
• Understand the importance of Subcontractor Agreements relationship to Source of Supply.
• Learn other Tips and Tricks associated with Source of Supply
