General Information

Summary:	As of 2021, this Event is called Project Delivery Workshop (PDW). Please see yearly MEMOs (issued in December, for the following year.) and find PDW through "Course Search" in Training Calendar. The SIIC Training Workshop has combined with TMTW. The theme for 2018 is "Training, Communication & Teamwork The Foundation for Success". The 3-day training workshop is intended to build the knowledge and skills of the participant. By integrating TMTW and presenting a broad spectrum of design and construction topics, participants gain a better understanding of their role and the role of others in the project delivery process. The subject matter is established through a peer committee to ensure that the most relevant topics are covered. Attendee seats are allotted to each PennDOT District(6), Construction QA, the PTC, and ACEC.
Learning Outcomes:	To provide training on a host of topics that impact the project delivery process and field operations and to improve/expand upon the skills and knowledge of the professional participants.
Target Audience:	Field inspectors, resident engineers and senior inspectors-in-charge with five or more years of project management experience, regardless of classification/title.

Awarding continuing education credits (PDH/CEU/CEH) to a training course or other training event does not imply or guarantee that the training course/event is approved by the Pennsylvania State Registration Board of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Land Surveyors. According to Pennsylvania Act 25, “Credit determination for activities…shall be the responsibility of the licensee. Continuing professional competency obtained by a licensee should maintain, improve or expand skills or knowledge obtained prior to initial licensure, including law and ethics applicable to the profession, or develop new and relevant skills and knowledge.”
