Summary:
This webinar training course provides instruction on the Critical Path Method. The core components of this course will include defining scheduling basic terms, understanding activity relationships, calculating a forward pass, backward pass, and float, determining the critical path, lag versus lead time, and understanding why critical path methodology is important for different professionals at all levels.

Upon successful completion of this course, an attendee will be able to:
