Summary:
This presentation conducted by PennDOTs Bureau of Maintenance & Operations will provide: an overview of PennDOTs proposed MS4 permit as it relates to TMDL, sediment reductions, and Pollutant Reduction Plan goals and costs, include a review of an MS4 guide policy on what stormwater control measures and locations count toward MS4 sediment reductions, and an update on Pilot projects and potential procurement mechanisms as well as municipal partnering.
