Description:	Publication 51-Plans, Specifications & Estimate (PS&E) Package (or Bid Package) Delivery Process Policies and Preparation Manual Webinar provides an overview of the policies for development of the PS&E/Bid Packages to ensure adherence to the Codes of Federal Regulations and state regulations. Specifically, the webinar will provide an overview of the Publication 51 Manual.
