General Information

Summary:
This webinar will provide a detailed understanding of the type and degree of documentation required for various Section 4(f) documentation. The focus will be on key elements to include when remarks are required, what is considered an appropriate amount of documentation for remarks, frequent FHWA comments, the reasoning behind those comments, and more.

Learning Outcomes:
Participants will gain a detailed understanding of the level of documentation required for the forms developed by FHWA and PennDOT for Section 4(f) documentation as well as knowledge on the overall Section 4(f) process. This will be an in-depth look to help participants hone their skills.

Target Audience:
The course is intended for highway engineers with an interest in or need to know about 4(f) policy.One and a half (1 1/2) PDH’s will be awarded for participation. The course will offer 90 minutes of
presentation with an opportunity for questions following the presentation.
