General Information

Summary:
The training will be an abbreviated ECMS Wave 3 – Consultant Agreement course including only Open-End Agreements with a modified selection process. It will cover usage of relevant ECMS Consultant Selection functions to prepare and select consultants for Modified Open End Agreements for technical training delivery through ECMS along with usage of Work Orders. Training exercises will be used to reinforce the needs of Project Managers.

o Show various types of agreements with various Method of Payments: Lump Sum, Specific Rate, Cost per Unit of Work, Cost Plus Fixed Fee
• Consultant Selection
o Planned Project and Advertisement with Statements of Interests (SOIs) returned
 Review by Consultant Agreement Section (CAS)
o Final Ranking
 Review by Consultant Agreement Section (CAS)
o Scope of Work (SOW) – Miscellaneous Work Task
o Department Estimate – estimated within 10% of consultant’s proposal
 Man hours pre-negotiated
• Work Order: Milestones (show SAP Paperwork), SOW using Miscellaneous Task, Department Estimate, Technical and Price Proposals, Invoicing and Closeout.
• Agreement Supplements – flexible supplements
• WO Amendments – with closeout adjustment
