View Asphalt and Diesel Price Indexes

<BLOCKQUOTE>This function is part of the Electronic Bidding subsystem and displays the asphalt cement, diesel fuel, and bituminous plant mix/liquid bituminous price indexes for the month/year selected by the user at the top of the screen. Asphalt cement prices are listed by zones. The price index is broken into Price Per Ton and Price Per Tonne (metric ton). Diesel prices are broken into Per Gallon and Per Liter. The Asphalt Cement and Diesel Fuel Price Indexes screen can be accessed in read mode from either the Asphalt Price List or the Diesel Price List by clicking on one of the Month/Year links. This function is available to all users, including the general public. The price index for a specific project is accessed by clicking the Asphalt/Diesel Price Index on the published bid package. The Asphalt and Diesel Price Indexes are maintained by the Bureau of Construction Materials.

Step-by-Step Directions

User Action Result
Navigate to the ECMS website. The ECMS Welcome page appears displaying the login link and the navigation bar on the left side.
Select the Contractor Services option from the navigation bar. The Contractor Services options are displayed.
Select the eBidding option beneath the Contractor Services option on the navigation bar. The Electronic Bidding home page is displayed.
Click the Asphalt Price Summary link. The Asphalt Cement Price Index Summary is displayed.
Click on any one of the Month/Year links. The Asphalt Cement and Diesel Fuel Price Indexes for the specific month and year are displayed.
To view the diesel price index, click the Diesel Price Summary link on the Electronic Bidding home page. The Diesel Fuel Index Price Summary screen is displayed and shows the price per zone. The display includes all existing month/year combinations from the current date up to two years in the past.
Click the Month/Year link. The Asphalt Cement and Diesel Fuel Price Indexes for the specific month and year are displayed.
